How does Ana’s coaching process work?
- We have an introductory call where I learn more about you and what you are seeking from coaching. In this call, we have a mini coaching session to give you a feel for what coaching will be like. Calls can be phone or Zoom calls, whichever you prefer.
- We move on to scheduling a full coaching session. In the session, you will pick a topic to discuss. During this time, I will ask questions to get a better understanding of you, your experiences, and your situation.
- Toward the end of the session, we will discuss action items which may help you get closer to your goals. You walk away with a plan to complete the action items prior to the next session.
- At the beginning of the next session (usually 2 weeks later), we review the outcome of the action items from the previous session. Then we repeat the traditional process for a coaching session.
- Through this process, we work together to move you toward your ultimate goals.
